All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit
To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must first email us within 2 days of receiving the product and alert us of the damages.
Returns can only be accepted with written authorization from Back In Comfort and are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Customer is responsible for returning the product at their own expense. Goods are to be in "new" and "saleable" condition and in its original packaging.
We may be able to arrange a pick up of a returned item if required. A minimum pickup fee of $25 plus applicable taxes will apply in our Local Delivery Area and additional pickup fees may apply to other locations
